Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during new collection launches, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the products you have ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Multiple Shipments

To deliver your order as efficiently as possible, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately.

If your order is dispatched in multiple parcels, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Goth Alpaca is not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges incurred after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to modify the shipping details.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
